Villa Chic:
“Villa Chic is located 15 kilometers (9.32 miles) from the historic center of Cortona, in Tuscany. We, a French couple, husband and wife from Paris, conducted its renovation after we decided to create rental homes just like those they kept on looking for, years ago, when they fell in love with Tuscany.
The outside style of the buildings has been for the most part preserved but the inside has been entirely re-organised according to a minimalist and comfortable combination. The accommodations present design furniture mostly Italian, as well as furniture designed by the owners.
The property offers 8 sleeps in 4 bedrooms, 3 in the house and 1 in the independent guest house, also with its own private pool. Both houses can be rented separately. All bedrooms have their own bathroom and air conditioning.
House
Ground floor: main living with fireplace and flat screen TV, dining room for up to 8 people, fully equipped kitchen, secondary living, bathroom (shower).
First floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and closet, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds (double bed possible), closet and bathroom (shower), 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, dressing room and bathroom (shower). Each bedroom has a panoramic countryside view.
Outside, a lounge area under the shade sail for up to 8 guests is on the east of the main house, and, turning its back to the south part of the house, a big terrace with shades and dining table for up to 8 people looks down the pool and the landscape from a panoramic position.
